Applicable to the Savcor Web site at the URL www.oneline.fi.
1. Scope and validity of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Sales Terms”) shall be applied when Savcor One Line Oy (hereinafter “Savcor”) sells mobile phone covers and battery covers (hereinafter “Casings”) to end customers (hereinafter “Customer”). Customer is deemed to be a natural person, who acquires the Casing for personal use and not for commercial resale.
Savcor may change these terms from time to time.
By placing an order, Customer accepts these Sales Terms as binding him/her to the transaction.
2. Placing an order and order processing
To be able to buy Casings, the Customer has to:
provide his/her real name and correct delivery address, phone number, and other required information; be at least 18 years of age.
agree that the order is an offer to buy Casings under these Sales Terms. All orders must then be accepted by Savcor.
After having received Customer’s order, Savcor will send him/her an acknowledgement e-mail (hereinafter “Order Receipt”). It should be noted that the Order Receipt is not an acceptance of Customer’s order. Acceptance of the order and the formation of the contract of sale between Savcor and Customer will not take place unless and until Casings have been dispatched out to you and you have received an e-mail confirmation of this from us ("Order confirmation"). You have the option to cancel your order at any stage before we have sent the Order confirmation email by contacting our Customer Service via the Contact Us details on this website.
Savcor may choose not to accept Customer’s order for any reason.
Savcor shall have the right to determine at its own discretion the maximum number of items to be included in any order by Customer.
3. Pricing, payment, delivery and cancellation
Payment shall be made by a credit or debit card approved by Savcor. Approved credit and debit card types are listed on the Online Shop. You have to supply your payment card details when you place your order. Your payment card will be charged on shipment of the ordered products. We will not supply the products to you until your card issuer has authorised the use of your card for payment of the ordered products. As your Order confirmation email is your proof of purchase, we recommend that you save and print that document for your potential future use.
Savcor will use Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode to provide additional security checks when processing your order. If you decline to register with either of the above card security schemes when prompted, Savcor reserves the right to decline your order. Savcor shall have the right to make changes in regard to pricing, methods of payment and the surcharges for handling deliveries and payments. Orders accepted by Savcor shall be delivered at the price in effect at the time of the order.
The price is given in connection with the order placement process and it may vary by product. The price given is inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
For all prepaid Casings, the price includes mailing of the Casing to Customer’s home address by ordinary mail service.
Prices for all non-prepaid Casings do include charges for shipping and handling and applicable taxes (including VAT).
Should Savcor refuse to manufacture possible personalized Casing ordered by Customer, Savcor shall contact Customer within 30 days and offer to alter the Casing or issue a refund for the payment already made. Prepaid Casings cannot be refunded.
Savcor aims to dispatch Casings within the maximum time of two weeks from receiving and accepting Customer’s order, including possible checking and further assessment. The dispatch time for the vast majority of Casings is shorter.
Orders will be dispatched by mail, either as a 1st class letter or as a parcel, to the address provided by Customer on the order form and applying the general terms and conditions of the mail service provider used.
Savcor retains full legal title to products until it has received all amounts due on the ordered products in full.
If you have bought product(s) for your own private use as a consumer (as opposed to business use) and want to exercise your right to cancel the purchase you must notify our Customer Care via email or contact form on web site within 14 working days after the date of receipt of the delivery and return the ordered product to us.
a. Product that was supplied to you unsealed and unused, and you have since broken the seal;
we have supplied products to you by mistake;
your delivery is incomplete; or
packaging is damaged in transit.
However, you may NOT return and claim a refund for the following -

In these cases, return of such products is free of charge and we will arrange for a redelivery or refund to you as applicable.
4. Material, technical specifications
Customer shall bear the responsibility for all material supplied by him/her.
Materials shall not be returned. Electronically transmitted image data will be retained on Savcor’s server for two calendar months following the placing of the order. After these two months the data will be destroyed.
Requirements imposed on material: Material for upload shall be delivered in digital format; maximum file size is 1 MB and the required file format is *.jpg.
Customer shall be responsible for seeing to it that the material delivered by him/her does not cause any disturbance in the telecom network or traffic on the network.
Image ratio selection: Image resolution must be good. Savcor shall have the right to technically edit the size of the image to make it fit for Casing.
Savcor may use subcontractors in the performance of its obligations. Savcor shall have the right to make changes in the processes, these changes having an effect on the manufacturing technology and its use.
Savcor shall not and cannot supervise the flow of information over the Internet. The flow of information is largely dependent on the functionality of Internet services provided or supervised by third parties. The operation or non-operation of third parties can occasionally impair or disrupt Internet connections. Savcor cannot guarantee that interruptions do not occur and Savcor dissociates itself from any and all responsibility. However, Savcor shall resume the production of material already paid for.
5. Incorporeal rights
Savcor, the various enterprises belonging to the Savcor Group or its partners in co-operation own all copyrights and other incorporeal rights to all Savcor’s products.
Savcor does not get incorporeal rights to the material passed on to it by Customer; instead these rights remain with Customer.
Customer shall be responsible for all material delivered by Customer to Savcor in connection with an order. Customer shall be responsible for seeing to it that the material provided does not cause neither disturbance nor damage to Savcor or outsiders (e.g. that it does not contain computer viruses or properties whose purpose is to make computer inoperable or to otherwise damage software, hardware, data, etc.), does not infringe upon the privacy of anyone or any party, their rights, copyrights or other incorporeal rights, and is not in conflict with good practices, law or the orders of the authorities.
Savcor is not obliged to check any incorporeal rights or any other rights that may apply to the material delivered by Customer.
Customer shall be responsible at Customer’s own expense for any disputes and associated litigation and other such expenses, compensation claims for damages and other possible compensation obligations that may be related to the material provided by Customer when placing an order.
6. Information provided by Customer and its use
When placing an order, Customer shall provide Savcor with the appropriate information required by Savcor to enable it to fulfil the order. Customer shall be required to immediately notify Savcor of any changes in the information provided by him/her. Customer shall bear responsibility for the correctness of the information provided by him/her to Savcor. Savcor shall not be obligated to verify the information provided by Customer.
The information provided by Customer can be processed in Savcor’s customer register in the manner permitted and obligated by Finnish personal data security legislation. Customer accepts that if Savcor’s partner in co-operation is used in producing and editing the image data connected to an order then that partner in co-operation shall also, for the purpose of fulfilling the order, have the right to process the personal data and order information provided by Customer.
7. Warranty, Defects and compensation claims
Customer shall be required to inspect the Casing for any defect or nonconformity upon receipt of delivery and to inform Savcor of any defect or nonconformity immediately and within 14 days at the latest.
The responsibility of Savcor for any defect in the Casing shall be primarily restricted to remedying errors that fall within the sphere of responsibility of Savcor or to replacing a faulty Casing with a faultless one.
The Warranty for the Casings are 6 (six months) from delivery. The warranty does not cover a) normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses, batteries or displays), b) defects caused by rough handling (including, without limitation, defects caused by sharp items, by bending, compressing or dropping, etc.), or c) defects or damage caused by misuse of the Casing, including use that is contrary to the instructions provided by Savcor (e.g. as set out in the Casing's user guide) and/or e) other acts beyond the reasonable control of Savcor. Warranty is not enforceable if the Casing has been exposed to moisture, to dampness or to extreme thermal or environmental conditions or to rapid changes in such conditions, to corrosion, to oxidation, to spillage of food or liquid, or to influence from chemical products.
When making a claim under this Warranty you will be required to contact Savcor through the Savcor covers web site (www.oneline.fi, Support). You will be required to fill in an email form with contact details, order number and reason for the claim. Savcor will contact you in regards to your claim.
Savcor shall not be held responsible for any defect caused by Customer or by third parties not associated with Savcor.
8. Savcor’s liability
Savcor will use reasonable efforts to perform its obligations. However, Savcor cannot be held responsible for delay or failure to perform, if the delay or failure to perform is caused by any circumstances beyond Savcor’s reasonable control. In the event of delay, Savcor will perform its obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
These Sales Terms and Manufacturer’s limited warranty set out the full extent of Savcor’s obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of the Casings. There are no other warranties, conditions, or other terms that are binding on Savcor. Any warranty, condition or other term concerning the transaction which might be implied by statute, common law or laws applicable in the country where Customer purchased the Casings (including without limitation any implied term as to quality, fitness for purpose, reasonable care and skill) is hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. In particular, Savcor will not be responsible for ensuring that the Casings are suitable for Customer’s purposes.
Savcor shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for any economic losses (including without limitation loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, business or anticipated savings), loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputation, or for any special, indirect, consequential or punitive loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising.
9. Other terms and conditions
These Terms and Condition of Sales do not affect Customer’s legal (statutory) rights under his/her applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products, which cannot be waived or limited by contract.
